Annie Camp, cellist, received her B.M. and M.M. from The Juilliard School of Music, studying with such teachers and coaches as Leonard Rose, Lorne Munroe of the New York Philharmonic, Joseph Fuchs, Martha Gerschefski and Wolfgang Laufer. Ms. Camp has performed in master classes for Janos Starker and Joel Krosnick, and while at Juilliard she performed two solo recitals at Lincoln Center. She was previously cellist for LYRA String Quartet, Dal Segno Piano Trio, Da Capo String Quartet, and the all string jazz ensemble Jazz a Cordes of New York City. Ms. Camp played has performed with the Atlanta Symphony, Alabama Symphony, Charleston Symphony, Greenville Symphony, Atlanta Opera, and Atlanta Ballet. She has performed solo concertos with Lee University Chamber Orchestra, Atlanta Chamber Orchestra, DeKalb Community Orchestra and Rome Symphony. Annie currently plays in the Chattanooga Symphony and is principal cellist of the Rome Symphony. She trained as a teacher at New York School for Strings, and currently teaches string orchestra at Darlington School.
